Prices shown in our catalogue are the recommended retail prices (RRPs) for retail outlets. These RRPs do not prohibit resale of the product at other prices at the discretion of the seller.
Global Art Supplies Ltd reserves the right to request shops to alter their selling prices, if it feels that the discounting of a product diminishes the value of its products.
Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at the date of dispatch. Global Art Supplies Ltd reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time, with a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice to customers.
All goods are sold in GBP (Great British Pounds/Sterling) and all payments to Global Art Supplies Ltd. Must be made in the same currency.
(UK Mainland) – The minimum carriage paid order is £100 nett (excluding VAT and after trade prices). Orders under the £100 total will be subject to a carriage charge.
(Ireland) – The minimum carriage paid order is £250 nett (excluding VAT and after trade prices). Orders under the £250 total will be subject to a carriage charge.
Initial orders for new accounts will be on a pro-forma basis (Pay before release) with credit terms to be discussed in due course.
Global Art Supplies Ltd. aims to dispatch goods to all its customers within 3-5 working days of the order being placed. Any special/bulk item orders placed will be given an estimated time of delivery by Global Art Supplies Ltd.
All customers are entitled to receive back orders for goods not dispatched in their original orders. No additions or changes may be made to back orders by customers, only deletion of whole backorders.
Payment terms for all invoices are strictly 30 days from the end of the month following invoice, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed with Global Art Supplies Ltd.
Global Art Supplies Ltd. does not provide goods on a sale or return basis.
Any unpaid invoices past the due date may be subject to an interest charge of 8% above the Bank of England Base rate, as well as debt collection charges in line with the late payments of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002 and the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2013.
All payments made with Credit/ Debit cards will occur a 2% administration charge on the total payment amount.
Global Art Supplies Ltd. offers customers the ability to pay by direct debit. This gives customers the option of 60 days terms.
Title of the goods shall remain with Global Art Supplies and shall not pass to the customer until the amount due under the invoice for them and all other monies due to Global Art Supplies Ltd by the customer has been paid in full, or as Global agrees otherwise.
Claims Notification and Returns
Claims regarding invoices/ deliveries must be registered in writing within 7 days of goods being received by the customer. Credits will not be raised until goods are received back by Global Art Supplies Ltd.
Global Art Supplies Ltd. Will only reimburse postage and packing costs to customers, for which Global Art Supplies Ltd. Was at fault for the error.
Any damage due to misuse of materials listed herein cannot be accepted.
Trade discounts are only given to approved stockists holding adequate stocks for re-sale and to educational establishments.
Global Art Supplies Ltd. Reserves the right to increase or reduce the trade discount of any/all customers on any line of goods without notice.
New accounts are required to fill in an application form and sign a declaration.
Global Art Supplies Ltd. requires acceptable bank and trade references, before the account can be opened for use.
