I am an artist, can I buy materials from Global?
Unfortunately, the contracts we have with our suppliers do not allow us to sell directly to end users. Please use our store finder to locate your nearest stockists, or give us a call and we will be happy to help.
We are a school or college, can we buy directly from Global?
Education establishments are entitled to buy directly from Global. Please feel free to contact us for a trade pack.
I have a retail shop, can I have a trade account with Global?

I have seen a copy of your catalogue what do the prices represent?
The prices in our catalogue are recommended retail prices only. We offer trade discounts from our RRPs but retailers are then free to set their own pricing.
I live outside of the UK can I buy directly from Global?
This totally depends which products you are interested in. Please send us an email and we will get back to you.
I have a retail shop and I would like to discuss products, merchandising etc. with a Global representative. Can you help?
If you contact us we will put you in touch with your local Global sales agent who will happily arrange to visit you.
I have a purely internet based shop, can I set up an account with Global?
No problem, please feel free to contact us for a trade pack.
I need some health and safety information for a product Global sells. Do you have this information?
We have health and safety data sheets for a lot of the products we stock. Alternatively you can obtain these directly from the manufacturers’ websites.
Can I place orders with Global online?
We do not currently have this facility but you can send orders by email. We can also supply an Excel file of all our products with barcodes, codes etc.
I need some product images, logos etc. Can you supply them?
We now have an online image bank where you can access images. Please visit our Image Bank and download the images that you need.
